A New York native, Kirstin graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s in Communication and Women’s Studies. She has worked on the customer service side of the landscape industry, composing personalized budgets and yearly contracts, in addition to providing trust and rapport with clients. Her enthusiasm and experience in helping and connecting with others has inspired her passion for real estate. Kirstin got her start in the real estate world as a member of one of Keller William Coastal’s highest producing teams in volume and units for Rockingham and Strafford County. A “team” player through and through, Kirstin thrives in collaborative environments. Her involvement working on listings and with buyers, in combination with her understanding of the operations side of the business make her well suited for every aspect of real estate transactions. Since 2021, Kirstin has done over 25 million dollars in sales volume. 2024 was a record year, helping 35 buyers, sellers and investors across New Hampshire and Maine. Kirstin was a member of Keller Williams Associate Leadership Council in 2024, in addition to being added to the Board of Directors for the Strafford County Board of Realtors.
When Kirstin isn’t doing real estate, she is actively involved in the lacrosse community. She has coached for Lighthouse Lacrosse Club, Houlagan’s, Cocheco Youth Lacrosse and at multiple high schools around the Seacoast. She spent four years as Head Coach of the UNH Women’s Club Lacrosse team, in addition to the Head Coach of the Oyster River Women’s Varsity Lacrosse team for the 2022 and 2023 seasons. In addition, Kirstin spends her free time getting outside as much as possible – hiking, kayaking, looking for seaglass, boating on Winnipesaukee and going on adventures with Charlie!
